Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Thank you for choosing AMIHEM health supplements for your wellness needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience possible. We understand that there may be times when you need to request a refund or exchange, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent policy that protects the interests of our customers.
We do not accept refunds or returns on your AMIHEM purchase.
We offer exchanges on products that meet the following criteria:
- The product was purchased directly from our website.
- The customer provides a valid reason for the exchange.
- The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition or the wrong product was delivered.
- The product is unopened and in it’s original packing (in case of wrong product is delivered)
To request an exchange, the customer must contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the products with video/photos of damaged or wrong product.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If the product is eligible for a exchange, we will exchange the product for the correct one, as applicable, within a reasonable time.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product doesn’t meet our exchange eligibility criteria.
- We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
- This policy doesn’t apply to products purchased from third party retailers.
Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after they have been processed and email confirmation has been sent.
